They had integrated BI with SAS in business analytics and SAP business object reporting system. They have been using Cognos KPI business pack provided to them by BI solution company, Synergy Computing. The business pack had ensured that the company had been able for forming a balance in their operations. The use of BI tools had helped Woolworths in making hard connection with the business processes and strategies (Pash, 2016). The organization had used Web Portal for providing the benefit of smart watch to the operational levels for the operations. It would allow them for viewing whether the operations of the organization are being done by aligning to the companys goal and objectives. They previously had to be dependent on the monthly report that was created at the end of report. However, with the implementation of the BI tools, the development of operations had covered the review process of business opportunities that had been missed.
